Before you travel

Where are the destinations?

In the Biobío Region. The Ralco National Reserve, home to Laguna La Mula, is about 155 km from Los Ángeles.

Are the experiences suitable for families with children?

Yes. We are a family project and adapt every experience to your group's pace. Tell us the ages when you request your proposal.

When is the best time to visit?

Spring and summer are ideal for hikes and waterfalls; in autumn the forests turn red, and in winter the hot springs take center stage.

Do you speak English?

Yes. We are a family between Chile and the United States, and we welcome travelers in both Spanish and English.

How do I book?

Contact us through the form or WhatsApp and we'll send you a proposal. A deposit confirms your booking; online payment is coming soon.

What if the weather changes or I need to change my date?

If the weather does not allow the activity to be done safely, we reschedule it. Change and cancellation terms are included in each proposal.
